Services

The Bell Center for Anxiety and Depression works primarily with adults and adolescents.  The services offered are customized to the specific treatment needs and can include:

  • Individual psychotherapy

  • Family psychotherapy and consultations

  • Group – educational and psychotherapy

  • In vivo – services provided in the home, at school, or in other environments outside of the office

Part of each unique treatment plan is the collaboration with psychiatrists, other therapists, and service providers such as professional organizers.  The Bell Center will provide referrals to other service providers or work with those professionals already involved in treatment.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

The Bell Center for Anxiety and Depression uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to work collaboratively with each client to identify and work toward attaining their personal goals. The principles of CBT, based on scientifically-established principles and techniques, address the relationship between an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Therapy is an active process through which the client learns skills and strategies to create and maintain therapeutic gains. CBT includes, but is not limited to:
